巴黎政治大学是一所由埃米尔·布特米于1872年建立，位于巴黎市中心的世界顶尖社科类大学校，在欧洲乃至世界享有盛誉，被誉为“法国社会精英的摇篮”。自法兰西第五共和国成立以来，现任总统马克龙、前总统奥朗德、萨科奇、希拉克等8位总统中的6位以及19位总理中的13位，12位外国国家元首与政府首脑，前联合国秘书长布特罗斯·加利都毕业于该校，在经济和文化领域也培养出4位世界货币基金组织前总裁、顾拜旦、马赛尔·普鲁斯特、克里斯汀·迪奥等杰出校友。

“政策评估国际学者项目”（International scholars in policy evaluation programme）由巴政“多学科公共政策评估实验室”（The Laboratory for Interdisciplinary Evaluation of Public Policies, LIEPP）发起，旨在促进来自法国境外大学和研究机构的学者间流动，以扩大LIEPP的研究活动并发展其国际关系。

巴政第四届“政策评估国际学者项目”目前开始申请。该项目将邀请优秀的政策评估领域的学者在2025年1月至6月期间到巴政多学科公共政策评估实验室（LIEPP）访学一个月。

研究主题：

Ø  Discriminations and category-based policies (research group led by Morgan Laouenan and Laura Morales)

Ø  Educational policies (research group led by Carlo Barone)

Ø  Environmental policies (research group led by Charlotte Halpern and Martin Hendel)

Ø  Evaluation of democracy (research group led by Lou Safra)

Ø  Health policies (research group led by Henri Bergeron and Thomas Rapp)

Ø  Socio-fiscal policies (research group led by Clément Carbonnier, Nathalie Morel and Michaël Zemmour)

申请条件：

专业领域为社会科学大类，包括但不限于经济学、教育学、环境科学、管理、政治科学、公共管理、心理学以及社会学等。申请人需为以上领域教授（Full Professor）、副教授（Associate Professor）或助理教授（Assistant Professor）。

费用说明：

巴政将提供一个月的生活费（最高3000欧元）和一次性往返机票（经济舱）。

申请材料（英文或者法文）：

1. A curriculum vitae;

2. A cover letter explaining your interest and contribution to policy evaluation in one of the LIEPP research areas, or broader methodological or theoretical contribution to policy evaluation. Specify which project(s) you would plan to work on during your stay. Collaborations with LIEPP affiliates are encouraged. Make sure to mention precisely which LIEPP research group your fellowship would be affiliated to (see list above);

3. A pdf copy of one published (or in print) article or book chapter that illustrates your contribution to policy evaluation;

4. The first draft (or at least title and abstract) of your working paper or policy brief to be published in LIEPP’s publication series;

5. A seminar proposal: title of your presentation and abstract (the seminar may be organized around your working paper proposal).
